Rules
1. General
1.1 By playing on the server you agree to follow all rules.
1.2 Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from punishment.
1.3 Administration may update rules when necessary. Major changes will be announced.
1.4 Provoking or insulting staff is prohibited.
2. Chat and Behavior
2.1 Spam, flooding, excessive caps, insults, harassment, racism, or toxic behavior are prohibited.
2.2 Profanity and disguised profanity are prohibited.
2.3 Advertising unrelated servers or services is prohibited.
2.4 Trading chats must only be used for their intended purpose.
2.5 Ban or mute bypass is prohibited.
2.6 Public accusations during cheating investigations are prohibited.
2.7 Selling items or services outside official server systems is prohibited.
3. Accounts and Nicknames
3.1 Nicknames must not contain insults, profanity, or impersonate staff or other players.
3.2 The account owner is responsible for all actions performed on their account.
3.3 Selling or transferring accounts or donation privileges is prohibited.
3.4 Donation benefits are non-transferable.
4. Gameplay
4.1 Cheats, unfair mods, unauthorized automation, or bug abuse are prohibited.
4.2 Real-money trading of in-game valuables is prohibited.
4.3 Assisting rule breakers is prohibited.
4.4 Intentionally causing server lag or crashes is prohibited.
4.5 Impersonating staff or using misleading prefixes is prohibited.
4.6 Offensive or inappropriate builds (hate symbols, explicit structures, lava casts, etc.) are prohibited.
4.7 Encouraging others to break rules is prohibited.
4.8 Lists of banned mods and allowed automations are available via /banned and /allowed.
Repeated cheating may result in permanent bans or full account reset.
5. Cheat Inspection
5.1 Players must cooperate with Inspectors during cheat checks.
5.2 Ignoring inspection requests or obstructing the process may result in punishment.
5.3 Deleting files or leaving Minecraft during inspection is considered refusal to cooperate.
5.4 Inspectors may request Discord communication for faster verification.
6. Donations
6.1 Payment fraud or attempts to manipulate purchases will result in punishment without refund.
6.2 Proof of purchase is required when reporting missing donation benefits.
6.3 Donation privileges may be revoked if server rules are violated.
